29" circular needle in size US 5 [3.75 mm] / set of double-pointed needles in size US 5 [3.75 mm]

GAUGE:

24 sts and 32 rows = 4" [10 cm] in stockinette stitch

NOTES:

Vest is worked flat in one piece from hem to underarm, then fronts and back are worked separately and shoulders are joined with the three-needle bind off. Collar worked after shoulders are joined. Stitches are picked up at each armhole for ribbed cuffs.
